Training

A membership gets you the floor and the door code. Coaching is the part you add when you would rather not be the one deciding what happens on Tuesday. Everything below is coached in person, in the building, by the people on the roster.

Programmes

9 coached
  • Strength & Conditioning

Compound lifts taught properly, then loaded over time. The base everything else is built on, whether you are chasing a number or just want to carry your own bags.

    ForAnyone, at any starting point.

  • Powerlifting

Squat, bench and deadlift, programmed toward a meet or toward a personal best. Trained on competition racks and calibrated kilo plates so the number is the real number.

ForLifters with a target, from first meet to national platform.

  • Weight Loss

Training and eating handled together rather than separately, built around what your week actually looks like. No fads and no meal plan you will abandon by Thursday.

ForPeople who want the weight to stay off.

  • Diet & Nutrition Coaching

Practical nutrition counselling alongside your training — what to eat, when, and how to keep it going on a normal schedule.

    ForMembers on any programme.

  • Sport-Specific Training

Off-season and in-season work built for the demands of your sport, including the speed, agility and jump testing to measure whether it is working.

    ForSchool, club and collegiate athletes.

  • Speed & Agility

Acceleration, change of direction and vertical work, measured on the Vertec rather than guessed at.

ForAthletes and anyone who wants to move better.

  • Boxing

Technique first, then conditioning, on the heavy bag and the pads. Coached by a former MMA fighter.

    ForBeginners welcome; no sparring required.

  • Kettlebell Training

Swings, cleans and carries taught as skills, using a rack that runs from 8 to 80 pounds.

ForAnyone wanting conditioning that is not a treadmill.

  • Rehabilitation Workouts

Training around an injury and back out the other side, in a monitored room rather than on your own. Coordinated with what your physio or surgeon has told you.

ForMembers returning from injury or surgery.

How to start.

Two ways in, and neither of them begins with a card.

On your own

Take the free 3-day trial, use whatever you like, and ask the person at the desk anything. Showing you how a machine works is not a sales call and it is not billed.

With a coach

Call and say what you are trying to do. You will be pointed at whichever coach actually does that, and you will talk to them before you commit to anything. Personal training is priced per coach — ask.
