    Co-founder

    Has trained athletes of every age, ability and discipline, and built the gym around a plain idea: proven lifts, taught properly, in a room where nobody is performing for anybody. Coaches the strongman implements personally.

    Shannon Sarnella

    Co-founder

    A lifelong athlete who treats fitness as a life rather than a job, and who built the coaching team. Works most often with women balancing family, career and their own training, and knows exactly how little time that leaves.

    Kyle Heine

    Owner

    Programs the squat, bench and deadlift for people who want a number to go up, and adjusts technique per person rather than per plan. His working belief: ninety percent of the change comes from having the right systems in place.

    Bryan Acosta

    Trainer

    The widest range on the floor — powerlifting, strongman, MMA and the highland games, plus the boxing and conditioning work. Spends much of his time on the rehabilitation side, getting people back to training after an injury.

    Anthony Marcello

    Trainer

    A Lake Travis native who trains people the way he wishes someone had trained him — hard, but genuinely fun. If you need somebody in your corner rather than somebody counting reps, this is the one.
