The roster
Five coaches, and between them almost everything a person could want to get better at. Every credential below belongs to the person it sits under — none of it is a claim about the gym.

Seneca Sarnella
Co-founder
Has trained athletes of every age, ability and discipline, and built the gym around a plain idea: proven lifts, taught properly, in a room where nobody is performing for anybody. Coaches the strongman implements personally.
Credentials
- Texas's Strongest Man — two-time champion
- Two coaching world titles
- Multiple national and state championships
Coaches
- Strength training
- Strongman
- Nutrition

Shannon Sarnella
Co-founder
A lifelong athlete who treats fitness as a life rather than a job, and who built the coaching team. Works most often with women balancing family, career and their own training, and knows exactly how little time that leaves.
Credentials
- Founded the gym with Seneca in 2009
Coaches
- Fitness coaching
- Programming around a full schedule

Kyle Heine
Owner
Programs the squat, bench and deadlift for people who want a number to go up, and adjusts technique per person rather than per plan. His working belief: ninety percent of the change comes from having the right systems in place.
Credentials
- Nearly a decade coaching in the fitness industry
Coaches
- Powerlifting
- Muscle gain
- Body composition

Bryan Acosta
Trainer
The widest range on the floor — powerlifting, strongman, MMA and the highland games, plus the boxing and conditioning work. Spends much of his time on the rehabilitation side, getting people back to training after an injury.
Credentials
- Over fifteen years in the industry
- Competitive powerlifting, strongman and highland games
Coaches
- Boxing technique
- Conditioning
- Injury prevention and rehab

Anthony Marcello
Trainer
A Lake Travis native who trains people the way he wishes someone had trained him — hard, but genuinely fun. If you need somebody in your corner rather than somebody counting reps, this is the one.
Credentials
- Eight years training clients in Austin
- Former active-duty, U.S. Air Force
Coaches
- General fitness
- Motivation and accountability
